If you’re considering applying to one of our current UAE healthcare openings, here’s what actually happens after you submit your resume.

Step 1: Application Review

Our team reviews your resume, credentials, and clinical experience against the requirements for the role.

Step 2: Initial Conversation

If your background looks like a fit, we’ll reach out to discuss the role, answer your questions, and talk through eligibility considerations specific to your situation β€” including Arabic fluency and licensing eligibility.

Step 3: Licensing and Eligibility Guidance

If you move forward, we’ll guide you through understanding the DOH eligibility and licensing process. As covered in our licensing guide, the actual eligibility decision is made by the relevant health authority, not by HealthOPM.

Step 4: Employer Introduction and Next Steps

Shortlisted candidates are introduced to the employer for further steps, including any role-specific details on compensation, contract terms, and relocation considerations.

What This Process Does Not Involve

  • No fee to candidates. HealthOPM does not charge candidates a recruitment fee at any stage.
  • No guaranteed outcomes. Licensing, visa approval, and final placement decisions are made by the relevant authorities and employer, not by HealthOPM.

Why This Matters

International healthcare recruitment has a wide range of practices, and not every recruiter is transparent about fees or realistic about timelines. We’d rather be direct about what we do and don’t control.
