Do I have to pay HealthOPM to apply or be placed?
No. HealthOPM does not charge candidates a recruitment fee at any stage of the process.
Is Arabic fluency really required, or just preferred?
For all four current openings — Registered Nurse, Clinical Psychologist, Consultant Psychiatrist, and Practical Nurse (LPN) — fluent Arabic is a firm requirement, not a preference.
Do I need to currently be practising to apply?
Not necessarily. Requirements vary by role, but generally you should hold, or be eligible for, a professional license or registration in your current country of practice — this can include eligibility to renew, not only an active license today.
Will HealthOPM guarantee my UAE license or visa?
No. Licensing and visa decisions are made by the relevant UAE government authorities, not by HealthOPM. We guide candidates through understanding the process, but eligibility and approval are assessed individually and are never guaranteed.
Is the salary really tax-free?
The UAE does not levy personal income tax on employment income earned there. Your own tax obligations depend on your citizenship, residency, and personal circumstances — we’d recommend speaking with a tax professional about what this means for you specifically, rather than assuming no tax obligations apply anywhere.
What does relocation support include?
This varies by role and is confirmed with shortlisted candidates directly rather than promised as a blanket package upfront.
Is the job really based in Dubai?
Not necessarily. “Dubai” is commonly used in candidate search language for UAE opportunities generally, but the actual worksite may be elsewhere in the UAE, including Abu Dhabi. We aim to be specific about location once you’re in the process.
How long are these contracts?
Current openings are structured as two-year contracts.
What’s the Practical Nurse (LPN) salary?
